Each embroidery head carries its own control board that executes trim commands, reads the wheel position, and fires the solenoids. When a single head misbehaves — trims fail, wheel sensing drops out — this board is the first part to check.
This original SWF THSB REV02 board (P/N BD-000911,05, NCTH3.2 controller) is the factory replacement.

•WHEEL B/D interface — handwheel/encoder position sensing
•JUMP SOL / HOLD SOL outputs — jump and holding solenoids
