Machines with jumping, sequin, or laser-aided positioning put extra demands on the head board. This is the board that handles them: jump motor drive, jump/hold solenoids, sequin device link, and laser pointer — plus the standard trim functions.
This original SWF THSB REV13B (SB) board (P/N BD-000232-22, SBTH6.0 firmware chip) is the factory unit for those heads.

Fitment: Match P/N BD-000232-22 and REV13B marking. Heads with different optional equipment may use different revisions — send a photo of your board and we will confirm.
1. Power off before opening the head. 2. Photograph all connectors (serial, sequin, laser, solenoids, power). 3. Set the HEAD NO. DIP switch to the original head number. 4. Mount the board, reconnect harnesses, power on. 5. Test trim, jump action, sequin feed (if fitted), and laser pointer before production.
Care & handling - Handle with ESD precautions. - Keep serial connectors clean — communication errors often start there. - Verify jump type setting jumpers match the machine configuration.
