The joint board collects every head sensor — encoder pulses, X/Y positions, needle state, trim signals — and distributes power to the actuators. Multiple unrelated sensor failures usually mean this board.
This original SWF JOINT REV11C (SB) board (P/N BD-000301-12, three JNTV2.0 logic chips, serial SBJA11010020, dated 2010.12.09) is the factory unit.

•Color-coded sockets — TRIM DRV/DC FAN (yellow), Y-SENSOR (green), X-SENSOR (red), ENCODER (yellow), NEEDLE and more
•Top sockets CN24-C26 — panel/communication links
•SENSOR TYPE jumper table — BAR S/W (JP1), TRIM SENSOR (JP2), XY SENSOR (JP3)
•Sunstar relays and SUNG WN 5W 20Ω cement resistors in the power section
•Dual aluminum heatsinks over the power devices
