High-Quality Embroidery Machine Take-Up Lever with Thread Roller — Black Oxide Finish
Every thread break costs you a design.
The take-up point is where thread friction peaks — the lever yanks the upper thread taut thousands of times per hour. A worn lever, or one with a rough thread path, chews through thread and leaves loops on the backside of your work.
This replacement lever upgrades the contact point itself: a polished metal roller guides the thread, so the line rolls instead of scrapes.
Why this design works
•Roller thread guide. The forked end carries a smooth metal roller that spins freely with thread movement — dramatically lower friction than a fixed eyelet.
•Black oxide steel arm. Matte black oxide finish resists rust and wear in humid, lint-heavy shop environments.
•Solid mounting. Top shaft hole with set-screw fixing locks the lever firmly to the machine shaft — no play, no timing drift.
•Heavy-section arm. Thick link body handles high-speed centrifugal loads without flexing.
Fitment: Please measure your original lever’s shaft bore and arm length before ordering; send photos and we will help confirm the match.
