    Original SWF THSB REV02 (DM) head board — CAN-bus linked head control with sequin and laser pointer support. Heatsinked power stage and clearly printed connector labels for a clean swap.

    CAN-bus heads need their own board — this is it.
    SWF heads of the DM generation talk to the system over CAN bus. When head communication drops — heads stop responding, trim commands lost — the head board is the usual cause.
    This original SWF THSB REV02 (DM) board (P/N BD-000529-00, unit serial DMTH07050007) restores full head function.
    What it runs
    •CAN / TERMINAL — head communication bus
    •LASER POINTER — positioning laser interface
    •SEQUIN B/D — sequin device link
    •COMP MOTOR / HOLD SOL — compensating motor and holding solenoid
    •POWER CN12 — head supply with onboard filtering
    Power stage under an aluminum heatsink; blue trimmers on board for sensor sensitivity adjustment.
    Fitment: Match P/N BD-000529-00. Do not mix with the NC-series THSB boards (BD-000911) — different connector layouts. Send your board photo for confirmation.
